Trendy Little Soles strives to ensure that all items are correctly described, in perfect condition and packaged so as not to affect the item during postage. If, for any reason you wish to return any goods, this must be done within 7 days of receipt and at your own cost. We will only refund the price you have paid for items that we deem are in perfect condition and in exactly the same way that you received them with all the packaging and labels intact. We can only accept goods back that can be re-sold as brand new and undamaged. We will only issue a refund on receipt of returned goods which comply with all of our terms.
We trust you accept these terms and appreciate that we have to be able to sell brand new, unworn and undamaged goods to our customers, of which you are one and this is what you would expect too.
