Trendy Little soles will ensure all our items are in perfect condition on despatch to our customers. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your order we will work with you to offer a mutually-accepted outcome, whether it be a full refund or exchange of item subject to our stock at the time of contact. All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and be in the condition they left us in.

Other Conditions & Ways to Return Items

All items must be returned to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us.
Please include the packaging slip or copy invoice with your return.
We strongly recommend all exchanges and returns are returned to us by recorded or special delivery depending on the value. Your Post Office clerk will advise you on the best service to use. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Goods returned to Trendy Little Soles are at your expense, but we will however send your exchange out to you by recorded or special delivery free of charge.
Trendy Little Soles will credit you via PayPal or Bank Transfer on receipt of the returned item and considering you have adhered to our Terms & Conditions of Refund & Return. We will credit you within 7 working days of us receiving goods.
All refunds will be made to the original purchaser after verification that payment has been processed through our bank and cleared..
Your statutory rights are not affected.
